Us
Coast to
Coast Developers, LLC is owned by Michelle and Clay Singer. Even
though we have been in business for years, we only know how to build
one kind of home... Yours!Clay grew up learning the construction trade from his father, a master builder of many years. They have both gained enormous experience over the years and have built some of the largest estate homes for the rich and famous (including famous celebrities) from California to Texas.
From our first handshake, you'll sense the difference. Simply put: what we tell you will happen. It's something we learned in early childhood, we call it honesty. Likewise, we listen to your desires as well, which is key to our good relationships.
We build custom homes in a wide price range starting just under $200,000 to well over $400,000. The same professional craftsmen work on all our homes to ensure a high-quality fit and finished product in every price range.
